I was born in Providence, Rhode Island.

I left there in 1973 after finishing high school at Cranston West.

I joined the Air Force the summer of '73.  After basic training in San Antonio I was sent to a Medical School to be a Medic at Sheppard AFB. Wichita Falls, Texas, the 80th Flying Training Wing.

After finishing dental technical School, I was stationed at Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, Virginia. I assisted dentists with Operative Root Canal Oral Surgery.  I received an Honorable Discharge in 1976 and went straight to college.

In 1980 I graduated with Bachelor of Fine Arts as a Theater Major at the University of Rhode Island.

I went to Graduate School at Stephen F. Austin University majoring in Theatre, but then later changed majors and completed graduate film classes 1983. I applied for film job at Sheppard AFB.

Big Picture Company hired me and I went back at Sheppard.  My job was making 16mm training films along with films regarding public relations.  I had  a great job with scripts that needed to be shot and edited for the military.  The instructors found me to be notable.  I mainly made educational films about what Sheppard does as a teaching base for the Pentagon.

Big Picture Company won the bid for the Defense Language Institute (D.L.I) in Monterey, CA.  BPC hired me to be in charge of the video department at the institute until 1988.

I moved north to San Francisco and was employed by McCune Audio Visual Company and learned Video Engineering and in 1990, was asked to work for the Stagehand Union, IATSE, Local 16.  My work mainly consisted in video, as a camera operator, and projectionist for live shows.  I worked conventions at the Moscone Center in San Francisco.

When I had days off, I would make short films and commercials; writing, directing, camera operation, and etc.,  mainly using Final Cut Pro.

In March of 2017, I retired after 25 years as a Journeyman for the SF Local 16 International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees.

Now my goal is to keep busy by making commercials and short movies that entertain.
